1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PokoBit ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services Description

PokoBit provides automated arbitrage trading tools across supported cryptocurrency exchanges. We facilitate trade execution but do not guarantee profits. Past performance does not indicate future results.

5. Risks

Cryptocurrency trading and arbitrage carry inherent risks including market volatility, liquidity issues, and technical failures. You acknowledge and accept these risks before using the Platform.

6. Fees

Platform fees are disclosed on our Fees page. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not: manipulate prices, engage in wash trading, exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated scripts outside our API, or violate any applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

PokoBit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. Outstanding obligations survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.
